The 12 tracks of music are timed at exactly 2 minutes, so there is no need to time your 2 minute challenges ,simply put on your CD and get skipping. The CD also has one minute, 30 second and 10 second warnings on each track so you know how much longer you have to go. There is a 15 seconds heartbeat sound for the rest period in between each track.
