Skip2bfit
Skip2bfit is a fun way to introduce skipping into schools and homes. The specially deisgned skipping ropes we use are fully adjustable so they can be used by adults and children. the counters on the handles count the number of skips you do. The simple method of skipping taught by skip2bfit soon gets children confident in their skipping ability and motivated to improve. The counter on the handle counts the number of skips they do so children are not only exercising but also using numbers in a fun way. The skip2bfit method intrinsically motivates children to improve in all areas of their school work and fits in perfectly with the SEAL initiative.

Skip2bfit has worked with many funding partners. One of these is Sainsbury's Active Kids who once again will be running a competition to win a skip2bfit workshop and kitbag. Keep checking our news section for information once the competition is announced by Sainsbury's Active Kids.

Skip2bfit also believes that being healthy is not just about exercise but that it is important to eat healthily as well. To encourage Healthy eating Skip2bfit provides free fruit in all of our Skip2bfit workshops either blueberries, satsumas/clementines or apples by our fruit sponsors, Berryworld & Winterwood Farms, Poupart Citrus and Orchard World.

Skip2bfit provides skipping workshops in schools. For more information see skipping workshops.

Skip2bfit can also set up and arrange skipping festivals where schools get together and compete to find the top skippers and top school. prizes are also awarded for effort at these events.

Skip2bfit's roots come from boxing. In order to encourage skipping in secondary schools and provide more variety Skip2bfit has developed the Box2bfit kitbag.
