How to use the counter
Hold the counting handle in your right hand. When the rope is used correctly, the counter records each complete revolution. Press the reset button before starting your next challenge.
Adjust the rope before skipping
Stand with one toe on the centre of the rope and pull both handles upwards. Adjust the rope until your hands can tuck comfortably into your armpits. Using the correct rope length helps you skip more safely, comfortably and successfully.
